Faulty Glove Promise

Our 12-month promise
If a glove stops heating or its battery fails in normal use within 12 months of delivery, we replace or refund it at no cost. Contact help@heathglow.com with your order number, a description, and a photo or video if possible. Charge both independent batteries fully first; if one still fails, we replace it. We arrange and pay any necessary return.
Covered and excluded
Covers heating and battery failure in normal use. Excludes damage caused by misuse, immersion, unsuitable charging or machine washing. Normal wear is not a failure under this promise. These exclusions never remove your statutory rights, including rights lasting beyond this voluntary promise.
Your statutory rights
Our 12-month faulty-glove promise is an extra commercial guarantee and does not limit statutory rights. In the EU, the seller is legally responsible for defects for at least 2 years; national law may provide longer protection. In the UK, statutory claims may be made for up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland). These periods are not a promise that every product will last that long; remedies depend on the defect and applicable law.
