Where we ship
Free tracked delivery to the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany. All other countries, including the United Kingdom and Canada: coming soon. Orders ship directly from our supplier’s overseas warehouse. Processing takes 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; delays may occur.
Tracking, duties and delays
We email tracking after dispatch. There are no extra charges on delivery in the Netherlands, France, Belgium or Germany. If your parcel has not arrived after 20 business days from dispatch, contact help@heathglow.com with your order number. We investigate and reship or refund a late or lost parcel at no cost.
Change an address or cancel
Contact help@heathglow.com before dispatch to change an address or cancel. After dispatch, use the returns process. Your statutory rights are not affected.
