30-day returns
You can return for any reason within 30 days of delivery. For our voluntary extended return policy, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns are sent to our fulfilment partner's returns warehouse, which may be outside the EU and the UK. Email help@heathglow.com within the return window and we will send you the exact return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Change-of-mind returns: you pay return postage. International postage can cost more than a domestic return, and parcels containing lithium batteries may need a courier that accepts them. Faulty, damaged or wrong items: free for you, and usually no return is needed. We ask for a photo or short video and replace or refund; if a return is necessary, we pay the postage. Use a service with proof of postage.
Refunds and faulty items
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal or return notice. We may wait until we have the goods back or you have sent proof that you posted them, whichever is earlier. Report damaged, wrong or faulty items within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video. We replace or refund at no cost, usually without asking for the item back; if a return is necessary we pay the postage. Later faults may qualify for our 12-month promise or statutory rights.
UK and EU statutory cancellation
UK/EU consumers may cancel within 14 days after delivery without a reason by sending us a clear statement. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. We reimburse the product and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; premium delivery supplements are not reimbursed. You pay return postage for change of mind. We may withhold reimbursement until we have the goods back or proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. You may inspect goods as in a shop; diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted. Original packaging and an unused condition are not requirements for the statutory right. The voluntary 30-day policy does not restrict this right or other statutory remedies.
