Controller and data
Rekia Home LLC, [ADDRESS TO BE ADDED], is the controller. Contact help@heathglow.com. We process name, email, phone, delivery address, order details and support messages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely. Slash handles payment and card data; we do not store card numbers. Purposes and lawful bases
We use order and fulfilment information to perform your contract, accounting records to meet legal obligations, and necessary security and complaint records for legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Optional analytics and marketing rely on consent, which you can withdraw. Our AI support assistant processes the conversation you choose to send to answer product questions; avoid sending sensitive or card information. This support processing serves our legitimate interest in answering enquiries; order support may also be necessary for the contract. You can instead contact us by email.
Providers and overseas transfers
We use these processors: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU), Anthropic (the AI assistant in the site chat), Slash (payments; your card statement shows “Whop”), Resend (order emails) and CJ Dropshipping (order fulfilment). CJ Dropshipping receives your name, delivery address and phone number to deliver your order. Some of these providers are based outside the UK and the EU, for example in the United States, and our fulfilment partner ships from a warehouse outside the EU. For these transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where UK law applies) or, where a provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. Ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
Retention and choices
Order and accounting records are retained only for the applicable legal tax/accounting period. Support records are retained only as needed to resolve an enquiry and related claims. Optional experiment analytics are retained only as needed to assess the campaign, then deleted or aggregated. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Under UK/EU GDPR, where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to legitimate-interest processing; withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact help@heathglow.com. You may complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local EU data protection authority. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made by the product assistant.
