Email help@heathglow.com; we aim to respond within 1 business day. Include your order number in your email so we can help quickly. Never send card numbers.
Return address and postage
Returns are sent to our fulfilment partner's returns warehouse, which may be outside the EU and the UK. Email help@heathglow.com within the return window and we will send you the exact return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Change-of-mind returns: you pay return postage. International postage can cost more than a domestic return, and parcels containing lithium batteries may need a courier that accepts them. Faulty, damaged or wrong items: free for you, and usually no return is needed. We ask for a photo or short video and replace or refund; if a return is necessary, we pay the postage.
